Present Day

We have come a long way from, steel-toed boots in the office, original blueprints, handwritten references, bookkeepers, and little technology. In the end however, we could not have achieved three generations and 80 years in business without staying true to our roots and relying on the dedicated team members that have been the richest part of our history.

Thanks to the efforts of all the great and hardworking people who have made up our teams over the years. Recognizing those who have made the wheels turn from construction and development and property and asset management, none of it is possible without our current team and the legacy of great people over our 8 decades that have made TMG what is today.

As a result, we have endured many ups and downs and in the end have completed over $3 billion in construction, $500 million in development, and currently operate dozens of assets in the Chicagoland area.

In addition to striving to enhance our business platform, our team is highly devoted to enriching the communities through our philanthropic endeavors where we live and work. We actively contribute and volunteer with numerous local organizations such as Lynn Sage Breast Cancer Research, Lurie Children's Hospital, Ronald McDonald House, Christmas in the Wards, and many more.

As we continue to grow, we are committed to hiring individuals who are authentic, value our handshake mantra and are enthusiastic about building strong relationships with their colleagues.

We are extremely grateful for the past 79 years and look forward to continuing building not only our legacy but the legacies of our clients as well.

I've worked in marketing and design for 18+ years, and even met my wife (also a graphic designer) while working at an ad agency. She is my balance. We now have two young children and are finally learning the value of sleep.
