The Missner Group Welcomes Fourth New Tenant to Olympian Office Center Property in Lisle

The Missner Group is pleased to announce a fourth new lease, pushing occupancy to 72%, at the 168,000 square foot, seven-story office property located at 4343 Commerce Court in Lisle, Illinois, which is situated along I-88 in the East/West Tollway submarket of suburban Chicago.

Remprex, LLC has completed an 11-year lease at the property leasing 33,000 square feet. Pat Elwood of CBRE, Inc. represented Remprex.  Remprex, joins Anju Software, Rockwell Automation, Inc. and Application Software Technology (AST) as new tenants of the Olympian Office Center. These four recent leases total 73,200 square feet.

Remprex is a turnkey, end-to-end solutions provider for the intermodal and transportation industries. Remprex currently engineers, designs, operates and supports automation technology at more than 50 intermodal terminals and ports across North America, including Automated Gate Systems (AGS), Tire Inspection Portals (TIP™), Rail Inspection Portals, and more.

David Florent and Francis Prock of Colliers International represented the owner in all four transactions. Construction is underway on the Remprex space in the Olympian Office Center. Assistant Project Manager, Chris Glasder, and Project Superintendent, Scott Nomellini, will oversee construction on behalf of The Missner Group.

Acquired by The Missner Group in 2016 at 30% occupancy, the Olympian Office Center underwent a widespread renovation, which included extensive exterior and interior improvements to modernize the space. New features include a Wi-Fi lounge, shared conferencing rooms, workout facilities complete with locker rooms and showers, new elevators, window treatments and significant lobby improvements including all new common area furniture.
